Sunday School
___________________________________________________

At North Raleigh, we call Sunday school, “Connection Classes,” and believe this is a place of acceptance and of establishing lifelong friendships. We invite you to consider the importance that a Connection Class could make in your life. Give it a try! Classes are held each Sunday from 9:30–10:30 a.m.

Focus on the Word | Fireside Room

Dave Joslin teaches this class of basic Christian beliefs. The current study is about the birth of ancient Israel:

After the death of Joseph, the descendents of Israel remained in Egypt for nearly 400 years. Their freedoms were taken away. They were oppressed and forced into slavery. Plans were enacted for their genocide. Yet even in the midst of unprecedented suffering, God was watching over them. He would deliver them from bondage and lead them into the land of promise. He would make them the people of God. |

Connection Class
Dawn Stroupe facilitates this class. The class is currently reading through the book, “Landmines in the Path of Believers,” by Dr. Charles Stanley. The class is a great place of interaction and discussion. |

Connection Café Class
Each Sunday, this class considers a topic of the day with discussion questions. Individuals seeking a non-traditional class structure with coffee and juice available will enjoy this class. |

Oasis | Room 214
Katie Mulhammer facilitates this discussion-based class. Like an oasis in a desert, the Oasis class is a place where you can be refreshed, recharged and encouraged to grow in your relationship with Christ, surrounded by like-minded caring individuals. | Room 214
